We all make judgements & assumptions – about ourselves and others. And dang it, on a percentage basis, I’m guessing most have a negative tilt. These can be a great awareness tool.
Your strategy?
As you pay attention to your thoughts and words, what specifically, are you going to think, say, or do to soften the judgements (or make them kind and loving)?
What assumptions are you making about yourself and your partner that are incorrect? The past does not need to determine your “now” experience. It can be extremely valuable to question assumptions.
Every situation is neutral. How you choose to respond (or react) is ultimately your choice.
Your state of happiness, joy, and satisfaction is totally up to you.
